Can You Submit to PSA from Europe?
Yes. PSA accepts international submissions and EU collectors submit cards regularly from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and elsewhere.
PSA Service Tiers (2026)
- Economy (~$18/card): 6–12 months typical. Best for bulk submissions of lower-value cards.
- Standard (~$50/card): 4–8 weeks typical. Best balance of cost and turnaround.
- Express (~$150/card): 5–15 business days. Only for high-value cards where quick turnaround has financial benefit.
Add EU return shipping (€15–25 via DHL/FedEx) to all base fees.
How to Submit
Step 1: Create a PSA account at psacard.com.
Step 2: Start a submission order online, enter each card, select service tier, declare value. Print the submission form.
Step 3: Pack cards in penny sleeves → semi-rigid holders → sandwiched between cardboard → bubble wrapped → padded envelope. Photograph every card before sending.
