CardSense Pro is a Pokémon TCG portfolio tracker built for the way European collectors actually buy, sell, grade, and trade. Cardmarket-native. EUR-first. Customs-aware. No spreadsheets. Not backed by VC — built nights and weekends over 18 months.
The existing Pokémon TCG trackers pull TCGplayer USD prices and convert to EUR at some stale exchange rate. They don't know that Cardmarket is where Europeans actually trade. They don't model EU customs, VAT, or the new €3 duty that landed in July 2026. They treat European collectors as a footnote.
That was fine five years ago when the Pokémon TCG market was mostly American. It stopped being fine when Pokémon became the #1 traded TCG in the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. It really stopped being fine when PSA Europe announced a Frankfurt operations centre for summer 2026 — suddenly grading math shifts from "ship to the US and hope" to "drop it at DHL, wait three weeks, done."
After the third spreadsheet for calculating "is this Japanese card worth importing after the landed cost?" — I built CardSense instead. It ships the tooling European collectors have been missing for years. One person, one product, one audience.
These are the features collectors tell us they can't find anywhere else.
Cardmarket trend, avg7, avg30 prices in EUR directly. No USD→EUR conversion losing accuracy the moment exchange rates move. Fee-aware net-sale calcs so you know what you actually get, not the sticker price.
PSA US vs CGC UK vs PSA Europe (Frankfurt, summer 2026) compared side-by-side with real shipping, customs, and VAT per route. Cheapest path to a slab — before you send.
GRADE / SELL / HOLD / WATCH verdict with evidence — momentum, ROI, grading expected value, data quality. Stop second-guessing; act on numbers.
Buyee, ZenMarket, SNKRDUNK side-by-side with the full post-July 2026 landed cost. €3 duty + VAT by country + proxy fee + shipping. No more "€75 card, wait why did it cost €140?"
Free tier is not a teaser. Unlimited cards, unlimited sealed tracking, real Cardmarket pricing, a working scanner. If you never upgrade, you still have a genuinely useful product. Elite adds depth — Decision Engine, grading analysis, cross-border planner — but not gatekeeping.
Prices shown are prices you pay. No "$7.99" sticker on a EU checkout page. €5.99/month, VAT-inclusive, SEPA + iDEAL + cards via Stripe. Cancel in Settings in one click.
EU-hosted (Neon Postgres in Frankfurt), no third-party trackers on the dashboard, portfolio data private by default. Account deletion is actually complete — nothing lingers, nothing "soft-deleted". GDPR export available on request.
Roadmap lives at /changelog. Every feature we ship is publicly documented. Every bug we fix is logged. When something breaks — which happens — we say so and fix it openly.
The Decision Engine will tell you to sell a Moonbreon at the top of a run even if you're sentimentally attached. The Grading Planner will tell you PSA US is the wrong route even if you've always used them. Opinions with numbers behind them — not yes-person software.
Built by one person, so the stack is boring-reliable rather than cutting-edge. Every choice optimised for "can I ship a fix at 11pm on a Sunday without breaking anything".

PWA-first rather than native — install + offline works without app store review cycles. Capacitor wrap is ready for when mobile MAU justifies it. Most of the platform state lives in a single polymorphic Activity table, which has saved weeks of schema migrations.
